UPPER LIMITS®
ULTRA HIGH-SPEED FLOOR FINISH

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: UPPER LIMITS is an acrylic urethane, translucent emulsion for-mulated for use with high and ultra high-speed equipment (1500 plus rpm's).

Today's maintenance professionals are increasingly demanding floor maintenance products and procedures that provide ultimate time-saving advantages. UPPER LIMITS meets these demands by allowing users to take full advantage of the benefits of high- speed equipment. In addition, the UPPER LIMITS formula offers these features and advantages:

1.	CLEAR, NON-YELLOWING: Dual thermoplastic polymers form the base of the UPPER LIMITS formulation assuring initial clarity and long term non-yellowing. When used in conjunction with good daily maintenance procedures, UPPER LIMITS virtually eliminates the floor finish discoloration normally associated with high-speed burnishing.
2.	LEVELS AND BONDS WELL: The higher the rpm of floor machine equipment, the more important it is that the finish level and bond well. As an example, heat and abrasion created during the high speed buffing procedure can cause a finish film with poor adhesion to powder. UPPER LIMITS levels and bonds extremely well.
3.	EXCELLENT THERMAL REACTION: The UPPER LIMITS formula provi-des a tough and durable film that can be quickly high speed buffed to a "wet look" gloss.
4.	ULTIMATE TIME-SAVING BENEFITS: UPPER LIMITS is an integral part of Spartan's Time Saving Ultra High-Speed System. Its rapid drying time promotes quick recoatability -- an impor-tant time saving feature. In addition, when good routine maintenance is followed (see Spartan's Time Saving Ultra High-Speed System), UPPER LIMITS provides for users ultimate time saving benefits.

TIME SAVING ULTRA HI-SPEED SYSTEM
HOW TO USE: Wet floors may be slippery. Prevent pedestrian traffic with signs or barricades.

STRIP: Completely strip all old wax or floor finish with Spartan Rinse Free Strip, Square One or Shineline Emulsifier Plus. Be careful to follow Directions for Use.

SEAL: Apply two coats of Spartan Shineline Seal or On Base Floor Sealer and Conditioner.

FINISH: Apply UPPER LIMITS in uniform coat. Let dry 30 minutes or until surface is completely dry to the touch. Apply sub-sequent coats in the same manner.

DRY BUFF/DAY-TO-DAY MAINTENANCE: Dust mop and maintain with Spartan Damp Mop or DMQ neutral disinfectant cleaner daily. Using a high-speed pad, dry buff 2 to 3 times a week to repair minor scratches and enhance gloss.

RESTORE: Use Spartan's Bounce Back Floor Finish Restorer periodically to quickly repair finish and give floors a "just waxed" shine.

PACKAGING: UPPER LIMITS is packaged in The Big Kid, 330-gallon disposable tote; recyclable HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) 55, 30, and 15-gallon drums; 5-gallon pails; and gallons, four per case. Label copy is available in English and Spanish.

GUARANTEE: Spartan's modern manufacturing and laboratory control insure uniform quality. If dissatisfied with performance of product, any unused portion may be returned for credit within one year of the date of manufacture. Use product as directed and read all precautionary statements.
